Generally, in the last quarter of the year the organizations advance a task that in spite of being periodic, completely structured and announced beforehand, whenever it comes, causes traumatism and to alter the normal operation of the areas: the production of the budget.
At the methodological level, budget guidelines are clearly established by the organization in its policies: growth percentage, increase such expenditures, management of historical, indices x, y or z, etc.
The critical aspect is then the fact that the budget is a reflection of the strategy of the area and has the credibility and sufficient for it to be approved and endorsed by senior management argument.
In this sense, the leader of human management should take the construction budget as another room to continue to strengthen its strategic role in the organization, showing that its processes are so critical and key to achieving results as other areas of core business .
In this way, the leader of human management can leverage on two strategies:
