The initial expectation is to possess feelings of empathy and conscience with regard to the unavoidable need to include in the strategic agenda of human talent deep and consistent changes that promote a culture organizacional compromised with the environment; additional, to promote the individual responsibility with regard to the environmental impact of the decisions that every person takes from his way of life and of consumption and, finally, to take actions that really, from the company, they help to stop the global warming.

For our colleagues, for whom apasiona and the well-being of the people inspires us in parallel with the growth and consolidation of our companies, are here some simple and effective practices of management that can use as modal to structure actions to the measure that they mitigate the overwhelming impact of the climate change that already touches to our doors and that is not going to diminish for yes only:
To intervene, to assume the leadership understanding the implications in the performance of the persons-léase in the productivity of the organizations – they are initial steps that can reduce the tension that generates the cognitive dissonance on having ignored the matter with the knowledge of the responsibility that us compete and the possibilities of management that we have inside the processes of strategic planning of the human talent as decisive factor for the performance organizacional.
